Are You Searching for Happiness and Joy?

It seems everyone is searching for happiness and joy in finding their true purpose in life! Ultimately, their spirit just wants to feel love! Experiencing The LifeLine Technique is a fast and effective way to get there!

It brings to mind an image of prayerful hands together as a metaphor. As we come into the world, picture one hand representing our spirit and the other as our alignment with God or spiritual source. As we grow, our parents and loved ones do the best they can to teach us their beliefs, and we experience life the best we know how and with the current conscious tools we have.

Through our lifetime, our experiences – both good and bad – are downloaded into the deep subconscious part of our minds. The hurtful words and unpleasant experiences get buried, but are still reflected in our emotions and actions. Although our subconscious mind protects us by storing away the hurtful memories, often our negative feelings and behavior are a direct result of painful past experiences. We may not even recall how we got this way. These become limiting beliefs and perceptions that hold us back from our full potential and true happiness. Picture the prayer hands moving farther apart.

Scientific research has shown that the mind, body, spirit connection is strong. Negative emotions can manifest into physical symptoms. First, we experience unpleasant emotions and behaviors; then over time our bodies speak louder with symptoms and eventually a diagnosis. Hence, the hands move even further apart.

Through the practice of The LifeLine Technique, you can release the negative emotions buried in your subconscious. It assists the hands in coming back together (our Spirit and Source one again) so that we can live a life filled with joy and happiness, in finding our purpose in life. We find our true inner gifts and become the person we are meant to be! Hence, assisting our body and mind to experience optimal health! Isn’t this how you want to live?

Finding Balance & Inner Peace of Mind

How The LifeLine Technique™ can empower you to find balance, peace and live with intention.

Are you living the life of your dreams? If not, what is it that’s holding you back?

Mental health experts call these “limiting beliefs.” They are the experiences of our past that keep us stuck in the rut. Limiting beliefs create the self-defeating inner dialogue that tell us “I’m not good enough,” or “I don’t deserve it.”

Fortunately, you can break out of that pattern. The secret to creating the life of your dreams is buried beneath the surface of your daily reality. By accessing the limiting beliefs buried within the subconscious mind, you can release them and free yourself to accomplish the goals you dream about.

To understand the subconscious, let’s briefly review the parts of the mind and how they get triggered by limiting beliefs. The conscious mind (what we are aware of) is perceived to be the driving force of life, but it actually only represents two to 10 percent of your awareness. The subconscious mind makes up the larger 90 to 98 percent.

The subconscious mind is both a filter and distiller of information, thoughts and feelings. It stores emotions, memories and beliefs. This part of the mind drives our fundamental reactions to everything we encounter. It exists to help us adapt and survive without having to consciously think about every little stressor in the way. In other words, it shields and protects you like a tour guide through an uncharted land. It absorbs the stressors, but they resurface as limiting beliefs that are triggered automatically from our environment.

What’s your secret code?

The first step to awakening to the secret code of your mind is realizing you would never consciously choose to have these unpleasant feelings or symptoms. If they are not coming from your conscious mind then where are they coming from? The reactive subconscious mind!

The LifeLine Technique is a holistic practice that helps you discover the root causes of stress, physical pain, anxiety and other limitations. The goal of LifeLine is to interpret and release the limiting beliefs and stresses of the past that have been locked in your subconscious. It’s a practice that helps you to find peace and balance
in your life, so that you can move forward toward your goals.

Developed by Darren Weissman, a internationally renowned doctor of chiropractic medicine, The LifeLine Technique (LLT), is a practice that integrates applied kinesiology, ancient healing arts of Chinese medicine, Ayurvedic medicine and modern day science. A form of energy medicine, LLT is a fusion of science and spirituality
that helps get you back to a place of balance between the mind, body and spirit.

Maribeth Morrissey, a certified LifeLine Practitioner based in Solon has clients that come to her for help with a wide range of health and emotional issues. She trained directly with Dr. Weissman and recently learned a simple practice called “The 1-2-3 of The LifeLine Technique” that he created to help individuals practice basic
LifeLine techniques on their own.

Based on the principals outlined in Dr. Weissman’s new book Awakening to the Secret Code of Your Mind, Morrissey is now teaching these basic steps to her clients in upcoming workshops.

“The focus is on the intention – of where you see yourself going – instead of what you are getting away from,” Morrissey said.

One particular client came to Morrissey after having been diagnosed with an eating disorder.

“I tried everything to stop on my own for years with very little success,” said Mary Satari. I was looking for relief and suffering from such high anxiety that everyday life was difficult.”

Something in an article of Morrissey’s in the Women’s Journal caught her eye. “The article mentioned getting to the root cause of symptoms, and I thought maybe this would help me find out what is triggering this disorder. After just five sessions with The LifeLine Technique, the urges are much less and I have had a decrease in behaviors and the longest stretch of time without being triggered. My awareness has increased and I feel so much better.”

In addition to LifeLine sessions, Morrissey connected Satari to a local support group that specializes in holistic recovery for addictions. The combination has proved invaluable to her.

Should You be Grateful for Your Problems?

How The LifeLine Technique taught one woman to face her challenges and say ‘thank you’

By Melissa Fitzgerald

Pain, fear and challenges. We endure them every day. We muddle through stress at work, difficult relationships, chronic illnesses and just get by. However, what if you could actually face each challenge with gratitude and look at your problems and say “thank you” from a place of peace and balance?

Six years ago, Maribeth Morrissey had no idea she would rise to such a place of wellness, and in the process discover a way to help others.

Morrissey battled challenges on several fronts. She suffered from severe allergies, chronic pain and depression. Her allergies would flare without warning, swelling her eyes and tightening her throat so bad she was taken to the ER several times each year. However, no one could diagnose what she was allergic to. An EpiPen was a constant companion, just in case.

Ironically, while living in Tampa, Morrissey worked as a pharmaceutical sales representative with access to the area’s top allergists, ENTs and immunologists. Her mysterious allergies won her the privilege of being a case study at the University of South Florida. After two years, rounds of tests, diet changes and many prescriptions, the doctors revealed a final diagnosis: idiopathic anaphylaxis, also referred to as “unknown cause.”

Desperate to find the root of her symptoms, Morrissey looked for remedies at health food stores and was referred to an integrated medicine physician, a practice that weaves traditional medicine with natural therapies. Taking a more holistic view, her doctor found that her immune system and adrenals were compromised.

But the biggest surprise was learning that the level of stress in her life was a major contributing factor to her health problems. Mounting stress and unhappiness had created a physiological response in the form of her symptoms. After moving back to Cleveland, Morrissey’s doctor, encouraged her to undergo stress management sessions and referred her to a therapist who was certified in the LifeLine Technique.

Developed by Darren Weissman of Chicago, a nationally renowned doctor, the LifeLine Technique (LLT), is described as an evolutionary way to release the root cause of symptoms and disease. It uses muscle testing, a flow chart and the healing frequency of “Infinite Love and Gratitude” to harmonize the subconscious emotions that have resulted in symptoms.

LifeLine has been hailed by acclaimed author/publisher Louise L. Hay as “the wave of the future,” and by Japanese visionary Dr. Masaru Emoto as the key to “awaken consciousness.”

At its core, LLT is a form of energy medicine in which the practitioner provides connections to your subconscious. Through the treatment, you discover areas of your past and present that keep you stuck and allow you to release those blockages so you can refresh and move on without the weight of the trauma or stress that had been holding you back.

After just a few sessions of LLT, Morrissey could not believe how much better she felt. “It was like a weight being lifted, and my symptoms started to diminish,” she said.

Morrissey realized she’d been paying attention to everything but who she truly was and what she needed to be happy. She now sees that her symptoms were her body’s way of telling her to slow down and focus inward. “I could see my life in a whole new way and accept stress and challenges as gifts in strange wrapping paper,” she said. “I now focus on how we can learn and grow from them.”

So inspired by her healing process, Morrissey traveled to a conference on LLT given by Dr. Weissman. “How could I not share this with others?” she asks. “Knowing how much this helped break through the challenges of pain and fear, I had to become a part of it.”

Over the next two years, Morrissey worked directly with Dr. Weissman and dozens of other LifeLine practitioners from around the world to earn her certification and establish a practice in Solon, Ohio.

“I work with each individual to discover their challenge, get to the root and then release it from the subconscious. We determine your positive intention and then harmonize and reprogram every cell in your body to mirror your intention, so you can consciously attract the desired outcome to you.”

A Change of Perspective Could Change Your Life

By Melissa Fitzgerald

If given the choice, would you choose to feel love or to feel pain?

Naturally, you select love. However, daily, so many of us focus on the pain and fail to see the love. We hold on to the pain, fear and challenges that occupy our minds because we don’t know how to let go.

When negative thoughts or experiences replay in your head like an iPod stuck on repeat, you have developed a habit for your mind. Frequent thought patterns become subconscious habits. By continually focusing on these negative parts of our lives, we unknowingly force our subconscious mind to replay them and believe them to be true. The next time you find yourself ruminating on a negative thought, ask yourself “is it true?” It probably isn’t!

As legendary author and speaker Wayne Dyer, Ph.D. puts it, “When you change the way you look at things, the things you look at change.” Whether the thoughts are ever spoken or not, the way we think aff ects the way we behave. When you become stuck in a thought pattern, it affects all aspects of your life.

Fortunately, there are methods to help you get unstuck. The LifeLine Technique™ is one tool to help you clear out the negative thought patterns and focus on the place you want to be. The practice helps you to release the unhealthy habits, change your thoughts and ultimately, your perspective.

Developed by Darren Weissman, a nationally renowned doctor of chiropractic medicine, The LifeLine Technique (LLT), is a practice that enablesyou to connect with your subconscious, reach the root cause of your pain or negativity and release it. The practice integrates applied kinesiology, ancient healing arts of Chinese medicine, Ayurvedic medicine and modern day science.

A form of energy medicine, LLT helps to guide you back to a place of balance between the mind, body and spirit. “It helps you to focus on the positivity in your life and puts your spirit back in a place of love,” said Maribeth Morrissey, a certified LifeLine Practitioner based in Solon. Morrissey’s clients have come to her for help with a wide range of both health and emotional issues.

“LifeLine clears out the negative thought patterns and guides the subconscious to focus on the outcome you desire – whether that is to be free of physical symptoms or
emotional distress.”

Teresa McEvoy of Cleveland found herself stuck in a painful cycle of unhealthy patterns. For years, she allowed hurtful events from the past to trigger negative emotions. It affected her view of the world daily, and when combined with mounting family responsibilities, led to great stress.

McEvoy saw herself as “Mrs. Fixit.” While caring for an elderly parent, grown children still dependent on her and a husband with an all-consuming job, McEvoy felt responsible for keeping everyone happy and fixing all problems – leaving no time for herself. As her stress grew, she began medication for panic attacks.

McEvoy’s experience with LLT helped her to release the limiting beliefs and subconscious mind habits that were holding her back. She found a new perspective and a powerful coping mechanism to help her overcome the issues she faced.

“After sessions with Maribeth, I felt lighter and more relieved about my life,” McEvoy said. “It has helped me to simply observe situations and not feel the need to ‘fix’ everything.” As a result of the changes she has made in her life, her children are more independent, she takes more time for herself and has been able to significantly reduce her medications.

“I’m more able to live in the moment. It changed my perspective on life and made it easier for me to accept and handle challenges in a positive and more productive way.”
